The six questions parents ask when planning.
What's your allergen policy?
Every menu item is clearly labeled. Our authentic Philly water ice is vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, fat-free, and nut-free — a clean choice for kids with allergies. We'll send the full allergen breakdown when you book so you can share it with parents in advance.
How long do you stay at a birthday party?
Typical birthday booking is a 1-hour service window — long enough to scoop everyone twice without dragging the party. We'll size the booking to your guest count; bigger parties get 1.5 or 2 hours.
Can you come to a park or community room?
Yes. We serve backyards, parks, community rec centers, church halls, and apartment complex courtyards across the St. Louis metro. If your park requires a vendor permit, let us know — we'll coordinate.
Is there a minimum guest count?
We don't enforce a hard minimum, but the booking gets more cost-efficient at 25+ guests. For smaller parties (10–20 guests), we still serve — just with a small-event minimum on the quote.
Does the birthday kid get the first scoop?
Always. The birthday kid scoops first, picks any flavor, and gets a small extra-special touch from us — sparkler in the cone or a candle in the scoop, your call. Tell us their name when you book.
Do you have Spanish-speaking staff?
Yes — Spanish-speaking staff are available on request. Just note it when you book and we'll match a Spanish-speaking crew to your party. Quinceañeras, bilingual birthdays, and Spanish-only family parties are some of our favorite events.
