Corporate FAQ
The six questions HR and finance ask first.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for our event?
Yes. We carry full commercial general liability insurance and provide a COI naming your company or venue as additional insured for any event that requires one — most corporate clients require this and we're set up to deliver it.
Do you require a deposit?
For most corporate events we request a 25% deposit to lock your date, with the balance due day-of-service. Smaller weekday office bookings can be invoiced after the event. Specific payment terms are outlined in your custom quote.
Are you available on weekdays?
Weekdays are our preferred corporate days — most of our public service is Thursday–Sunday, which leaves Monday through Wednesday wide open for corporate bookings. Lunch hour, mid-afternoon, and end-of-day all work.
Can we customize with our company branding?
Yes. Custom-printed cups with your company logo are available with 4 weeks of lead time. We can also coordinate a small flavor menu card with your event branding for client appreciation events.
What's your headcount flexibility?
We comfortably handle 25 to 500+ guests on one truck. The truck typically serves 60–80 guests per hour at full hand-scoop pace; for larger events we add staff or extend the service window. Tell us your RSVP estimate and we'll size the booking.
Do you serve indoor offices?
The truck itself stays outside, but we can station a runner crew with cones and cups to serve from inside your office or lobby — popular for grand openings, downtown locations, and trade show booths. Coordinate the layout with us in advance.
